If a health system excludes just a single person to make a buck, that system is wrong
No one battling disease should also have to battle the system
No one should be forced into an impossible choice about which condition to treat
The term “pre-existing condition” should be put in a museum
Canadians are literally dying because they can’t access simple medications
I don't have enough income, so I have no choice but to cut medication
In our unstable job market, why still tether drug insurance to 1960's era stable employment?
Trying to decide which condition to treat each month is like slow motion Russian Roulette
We are facing a world of looming medical poverty
I have fallen down a rabbit hole with no way of ever getting out
I was denied private insurance due to my “new” pre-existing condition
What’s the point of seeing the doctor if there’s not enough left for any prescriptions?
I shouldn't be forced to give up my home to get help with an illness
Type 1 diabetes means no hope of private coverage, how will I cope?
It is agonizing to consider leaving a country as well-off as Canada to get the care I need
Co-payments are just a tax on the sick
I expect my out-of-pocket costs will be about $15,000 every year
To me, the system in Canada is the sick supporting the healthy
Jim has fallen though gaps within the gaps
Employers can fire anyone if someone in their family has high drug costs
If you ever lose your job we are so screwed!
It's a Catch-22. Can’t return to work and lose coverage, can’t give up coverage to go back to work
